Looks like it gets to 80% of the total height of the tower. When TT2 opens, it will have Superman pretty much beat going forwards and backwards on speed and height!

So you are basically getting like 2 seconds of what it feels like to base jump from a 40 story high building but you are in a coaster and no parachute.

This ride MUST OPEN Back up again. both foward and Backwards. And WOW, Did Superman reach the Red nicely in this video, compared to other vids. This needs to Re-Open, as I've yet to get aboard this Ride and want to experience both Foward and Backwards rides. To mitigate the Sound of the Launch, Install a New Launch. Edited: Finally rode this Friday the 13th 10/13/23. Rode it Fowards. Its Fun but needs to Start reaching the Upper RED portion Of the Tower. 😎👍

Idk if this is true, but I heard that in times like this where it actually does go its highest speed the ride breaks down. Like its not supposed to go that fast

Amazing ride when its reaching the red

I rode it when it first opened. When the car stops going up and starts to reverse, you're at zero gravity...my camera LITERALLY started to float in the air!!...yes, it scared me!

I remember I went there for two days, park was closed weather both days and both days we drove behind there. (We ended up staying an extra day so it wasn’t a total loss)

I have been on one time I went on it it had a mouth function and reach the top,scary,

I noticed that the upward turn into the spike was quieter than I remember. Maybe they came up with a solution to the amount of noise Superman caused. But then again on the other side the turn was still loud as ever, so not so sure what’s going on with that.

See this is what it used to do when it first opened. Why did they heavily reduce the launch speed? It doesn't go anywhere near that height anymore.......

I really don’t know usually when you think of dive’s you think of b&m’s so I think I would rather call it a beyond vertical drop coaster instead

I just tried it for my first time very smooth I totally recommend but the straps may hurt your ears or face when turning

When I went on this, the operator would start a conversation with the riders right as they finished being secured in the cart. Mid conversation, when least expected, he’d launch it. Brutal. So fun!
